Important: Residential Surcharges
Residential deliveries requiring LTL Freight (orders over 500 lbs or requiring lift gate service) may incur a surcharge between $150-$175 depending on your location. This fee is automatically calculated and shown at checkout. Businesses with loading docks do not incur this surcharge.
How Delivery Works
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same day. After 2pm ships next business day.
Shipment & Tracking
Receive tracking number via email. Track in real-time through customer portal.
Freight Scheduling
For LTL orders, carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule.
Delivery
Sign for freight orders. UPS Ground left at door or requires signature if requested.
Shipping Rates
All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Additional Shipping Information
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day. Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
PO Box Restrictions
UPS Ground orders can ship to PO Boxes. LTL Freight orders cannot—please provide a physical street address for heavy orders.
Signature Requirements
LTL Freight deliveries require signature. UPS Ground packages are left at door unless signature is requested (available as option at checkout).
Weather Delays
Severe weather may cause delays. You'll receive email updates if your shipment is affected. We work with carriers to minimize disruptions.
